To increase the pressure resistance of a metal hose, a single or multiple braiding from stainless steel stripe is being used. The hoses are being braided with a special purpose machine, that enables a tight fit around the hose and also guarantees the correct angle of all wires.
The material of the braiding is according to AISI 304. The larger the nominal bore size of the hose, the larger the diameter of the braiding wires, varying from 0,4mm. for the smaller diameters, up to 0,8 mm. for the largest diameters. Also the number of wires increases with the diameter of the hose.

Construction:
1) Main body: Helically corrugated metal hose /Annularly corrugated metal hose( about corrugated metal hose, Please refer to: Corrugated metal Hose ）.
2) Braided: Can be single or multiple braided by stainless steel stripe.

Designed to GB-T14525-2010 Standards
In our technical specifications, the hoses without braiding are indicates with 0; a single braided hoses is indicates with 1; and double braided hoses with 2.
